All the best for an amazing retirement, Dr George Quick!
May 1, 2019
Dear Patients,
I am writing to inform you I will retire from medical practice as of May 31, 2019. I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to work with you and develop lifelong friendships with many of you. I will genuinely miss our interaction and the ability to work together. Over the past four decades I have watched many families in the area grow and have shared heartache and joy with hundreds of patients. I appreciate your loyalty throughout the years and will take the memories of all that I have experienced with me into my retirement. I am doing well and look forward to the ability to move on to new things.
My Pinon Family Practice partners and I are working diligently to hire a physician replacement. Many of you have already met Christopher Douglas, PA who we recently hired. I have worked with Chris and am confident that he will continue to provide excellent, comprehensive care to you and/or your family, along with any of the other practitioners at Pinon Family Practice.
Please know that all of your records are safely on file at Pinon Family Practice and remain confidential as per federal law. If you decide to take on a new physician outside of our practice, then you can follow the traditional routes to have your records transferred.
Pinon Family Practice will be hosting an open-house retirement celebration on Friday, May 31, 2019 from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Please feel free to come by for a final good-bye. Please RSVP by May 24, 2019 to my office manager, Amy 303-862-3484 or info@pinonfamilypractice.com
Thank you all for putting faith in me and I wish you all the best.
In good health,
George Quick, MD
