FLU, RSV and COVID-19 threatens the Holiday Season!

With the Holiday Season just a couple of weeks away, we wanted to provide one last walk-in FLU SHOT clinic opportunity. No appointment is necessary.

The Flu is here and very active within our community. Protect yourself and your loved ones this Holiday Season by protecting yourself and getting your flu shot! It’s not too late!

Where: Pinon Family Practice - enter through the front doors and follow the signage

When: Saturday, December 17, 2022 from 9am to 1pm

  • Bring photo ID and insurance card(s) (even if you think we have it on file)

  • No fever, cough, sore throat, diarrhea, nausea, shortness of breath etc….or exposure to any person with COVID symptoms in the last 14 days     

  • Masks required at all times

  • Download and fill out the FLU consent form located on our website > OurPatients tab

**This walk-in clinic is for existing patients only, with current and in-network insurance coverage
